MEET
THE BREEDER
|
Carakris a small kennel residing in the
South of England with beautiful rolling downs and country walks
for our dogs to run freely.
I first became involved in German
Shepherds when some friends gave my son a beautiful puppy
called Cleo. We decided to create our own affix from both our christian names and Cleo became our first CARAKRIS.

We took her along to the Leighton Buzzard
and District ring craft club for some social training and it
was here that I met my close friends Chris Smallwood and Julie
Hartley.
Together Chris and I purchased two females called BEDWINS ZOLA and
BEDWINS IFFI. These females were the foundation of our very
successful partnership under my affix CARAKRIS.

Zola and Iffi have produced many Championship winners, C.C.'s and
Best Of Breed and their progeny, CARAKRIS DIXIE and CARAKRIS KAS
are doing the same.

CARAKRIS continually learns through our
aim of maintaining quality. We look for the very best lines both
in the U.K. and Europe.
All our dogs are hip
scored, tattoed and our males haemophilia tested.
We firmly believe in
quality not quantity and all our dogs are our best friends and
very much loved win or lose.

We train our dogs at the
Cambridge Branch of the GSD League which has now begun training
evenings in Schutzhund.
